Shipping: Most items we offer can be shipped UPS, some will require to be shipped by truck. A full street address (No P.O. Boxes) is required for shipment. We offer Next Day, and Three Day Select. Payment: We accept C.O.D., Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Company Checks and Personal Checks with address, phone number and license number. Returns: All returns must be pre-approved through the office. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all stock items. All special orders cannot be returned. Warranty: All products manufactured by Environmental Technology offer a full one year warranty. All products distributed by Environmental Technology offer the full manufacturer's warranty.
